- Clearance / Outlet Range (Local Stock): These items are shipped directly from our facility in Quebec via Canada Post. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days, and delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days across Canada.
- Premium / High-Quality Collection (On Demand): These exclusive items are custom-ordered and shipped directly from our trusted certified partners. Standard delivery takes 7 to 15 business days depending on your location.
A tracking number will be provided via email for every order, regardless of the collection selected, so you can track its progress in real-time.
2. Final Sale Policy (Returns and Exchanges)
To uphold strict hygiene protocols and protect the health of our customers, all sales on our website are strictly final.
No returns, no exchanges, and no refunds will be permitted under any circumstances once an order has been validated. This policy applies rigorously to our entire inventory (including hair extensions, wefts, toppers, wigs, headwear, and clearance items).
No exceptions will be granted to ensure the absolute sanitary integrity of our products. We kindly ask you to carefully verify your selections (colors, lengths, textures) before completing your purchase.
