We guarantee customer Session satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange for an item of equal value  is allowed. The return of items is at the expense of the customer Session. We accept exchange  for a period of 10 days after purchase. Item must be returned in its original condition. Any damaged product will not be exchanged. EXCEPTIONS: hair sales are final sales; no return & no refund. Hair extensions, wigs, panties, socks & vaginal cups are not exchangeable, returnable, not refundable nor exchangeable. We're not able to verify and be 100% certain that they have not been used, been in contact with lices, scabies... or smeared. In order to protect our customers we can not give the benefit of doubt. An administration fee of CDN $ 3.00 for Canada and $ 5.00 CDN for other countries will be applicable to any exchange on sale items in the online store. Clearance category; all liquidation sales are final. Returns and exchanges won't be accepted.
